PACIFIC TIME PRIVACY POLICY
Pacific Time Pte Ltd (PTPL) (referred to as “Pacific Time”, “us”, “we”, or “our”) respects the privacy and confidentiality of prospects and clients as well as visitors’ Personal Data collected via our website. The purpose of this privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) is to inform you of how we manage Personal Data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (No. 26 of 2012) of Singapore (“PDPA”). If you reside in the UK or Europe, we will comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) (EU) 2016/679 in processing and holding your Personal Data. Please note that PTPL may amend this notice from time to time due to changes in applicable laws and regulations and any such amendment will be notified via our website.
Your Personal Data
The PDPA defines Personal Data as any data or information, whether true or not, about you from which you can be identified either (a) from that data; or (b) from that data and other information to which we have or are likely to have access. The GDPR defines Personal Data as any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (“data subject”); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person (henceforth, collectively referred to as “Personal Data”). We may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of Personal Data about you which may include (depending on the nature of your interaction with us), but are not limited to:
• Your name, NRIC*, passport or other identification number, telephone number(s), mailing address, email address, and any other information relating to you which you have provided us in any forms you may have submitted to us, or in other forms of interaction with you;

(b) To change the method or way PTPL processes and disclose your person information / data for marketing purposes; or
(c) To access and/ or make correction or amendments to your personal information / data.

(e) Data Portability - The right to receive the Personal Data you provided to us, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and/or transmit that data to a third party—in certain situations;
